When I started Vardiwale in 2014, it wasn't a big vision on paper — it was a small setup with just 3 machines, a few people, and a commitment to deliver quality work, no matter the scale.
We began with government school uniform tenders, where the real challenge was not just manufacturing, but maintaining consistency and trust at volume. Those early days taught me the importance of discipline, timelines, and standing by your word.
As we grew and moved into private schools, I realized something important — uniforms were not just about fulfilling a requirement. They were about identity, confidence, and representation.
That realization became the foundation of everything we do today.
With the support of Shakun Apparels, we evolved into more than just a manufacturing setup. We built Vardiwale to bring together design, performance, and branding into uniforms that truly represent the people wearing them.
Today, as we serve multiple industries — from workwear and industrial uniforms to hospitality, healthcare, and corporate wear — one thing remains unchanged: our commitment to quality, consistency, and trust.
We are still growing. Still improving. Still learning.
